Line and Customer Service personnel greet an average of 21,000 pilots/passengers, load 225 tons of cargo, and service 10,000 aircraft each year.

Normal hours of operations corresponds with the PAH Control Tower from 0530 - 2100 lcl, 7 day per week with 24 hour availability on request for the following services:
